I am a Grief Guide, with:

1 year of backpacking the world

2 MA degrees,

18 years of working with seniors,

20 years of community counseling,

44 years of connecting with nature.

My name is Lee Pratt and I became a Grief Guide because I saw a need in my community.

I believe everyone has the ability to grieve better.

I’m here to help you learn how; together we (Re) member Grief.

My specialty is connecting grieving people to nature.

If you have a fear of dying,

are processing a near death experience,

going through a major life change,

need a witness for your grief,

(Re) Member and reach out.

Offering remote, in person, individual, couples and group sessions.
